It would certainly be an interesting concept. The sisters are amazing and powerful in the rare cases Marvel allows them to interact and do things together.

Given this is a story of kid-Wolverine as the hero, he’d probably win this fight, but if we’re actually comparing fighting powers, then Quicksilver would win, not just because he’s my favorite, but as was clearly established in previous issues of this story, Pietro can use anything as a bullet. Kid-Wolverine on the other hand can only fight Pietro from up close, that is if he’s able to catch him….I bitch a lot about writers making Quicksilver lose to less powerful but more popular characters.
I think the most important part in any situation is that if a character loses, it has to be set up in such a way that it looks believable they’d lose. It has to be presented in a manner where their defeat is fair, that it looks like it happened for reasons other than “X character is more popular” or “this writer just wanted this character to win.”
