Well shit

The wording suggests you can be persecuted even if you use an IUD or any other birth control that restricts your ability to have a baby. Or rather fertilizes the egg. Which is very important and dangerous.

reminder from a biologist that a functional uterus will flush out approximately 70% of all fertilized eggs, so this makes it illegal to have a working and healthy reproductive system

I was going to say something like, “This sounds like a law that can be enforced selectively, to punish whatever group of people the lawmakers feel like,” but:

a) That’s pretty much every law.

b) This has always been the MO of the anti-choice crowd.  I’ve talked to people who’ve worked and volunteered at abortion providers’ offices, who have come to recognize the faces of certain street harassers, watch those harassers come in for abortions, and then go right back out to harass others.

But it’s different when “street counselors” do it, you see.  They had an accident.  They have to protect someone.  They have their promising futures to think of.  Not like those other women, whores who can’t keep their legs together, who will keep popping out babies that the American taxpayer will have to support.

FOH with this.

I learned after the GOP’s support of Trump and everything he does and encourages that all their arguments against abortion are lies.

If they really gave a shit about human life, they would do things to support children after they’re born, and mothers as they’re pregnant. They would’ve been so appalled at what Trump’s done and doing to undocumented immigrant children that they would be fighting him constantly. They wouldn’t be supporting such a trash bag of a “person” in all the ways he hurts infants and kids for his own interests.

The truth is that they want to ban abortion because they want to hurt and control women. They love the idea of women dying in childbirth or from self-administered abortions that go bad. They love the idea of women not managing to go to college because they have to take care of their baby. They want women stuck in poverty unless they find a man to marry, and they want women to blame themselves if they can’t provide for a child they weren’t able to abort.

Their goal is to disenfranchise women and inflict suffering on them. It always has been. The whole “sanctity of life” spiel is just a front because they know they can’t say the quiet part out loud.
