Imagine Lorna Dane accepting not only her mutant powers but herself, thanks to her supportive friends and family.

I think an amazing Marvel-wide event would be Lorna going the same route as Jean and Wanda did, but with lots of deconstruction of the trope that leads into Marvel focusing on mental health and emotional support issues in the superhero community. Lorna’s been a silent sufferer for a long time, and the superhero community repeatedly fails its own because they act like each case is a one-off and there are no risk factors or signs of anyone needing help.
