I really like Todd Nauck’s work not really as panels in comic pages but just stuff like this where it’s just a character study and he drew Polaris in the best costume with her signature skull so he’s got mad respect from me.
Hey people, I’ve been thinking about reading more comics and graphic novels lately. I’m avoiding DC and Marvel stuff at the moment, with Marvel exceptions of X-Men books and almost anything with Polaris/Lorna Dane. Not sure how many people may respond to this, but I thought I’d at least give it a shot.
That in mind, anyone have any suggestions?

she used to dye her hair brown, but how do you convincingly cover green? my hair was green, and it was impossible to cover. and eyebrows? how did she dye and fill in green eyebrows. Men writing for Marvel in the 60s honestly thought makeup and what women do is straight up magic. lol

I find this quite meh. Now, if it was Polaris instead of Jean, and Marvel stopped this “Wanda and Pietro aren’t Magneto’s kids anymore” bullshit, THEN I’d care and likely buy it.
