I’m actually pretty sure the main reason Marvel doesn’t let Lorna do much with her family is because they don’t want Fox to find out and make money off its potential. The forced retcon of Wanda and Pietro out of being Magneto’s kids further proves this.
True! But Fox easily could’ve included her even if they were worried about Marvel because they have the main rights (its why Wanda and Pietro can’t be called mutants in the MCU). I mean, she a good portion of Lorna’s story involves Alex/Havok and they aged up him and made him older than Scott (WolverineOrigins took place in ‘79 and Scott was, apparently, in high school, looked at least 18 and FC took place in ‘62 and Alex was at least 18, maybe 17, so they screwed up and made the younger brother older. Even if DoFP erased the events of the other movies, it wouldn’t change everyone’s birthdays). By that same reasoning, Fox easily could’ve made Lorna older than Pietro and Wanda to include her. I’m just bitter cause Lorna is my favorite mutant and she’s so underutilized in the media
I completely agree with you on all of that, it’s why I’m really hoping Lorna’s either in the next movie or part of the TV show plan Fox has if it gets off the ground.
Getting the whole Magnus family together would be an excellent way to move on from Hugh Jackman no longer playing Wolverine. People really like Michael Fassbender as Magneto, and while I’m betting they’d need a new actor for Quicksilver, people are primed for him now. Just add Lorna and Wanda.

I don’t normally reblog stuff with Havok in it because their relationship has been horrible for Lorna and it needs about 8 more years apart followed by some major rewriting to be good. But, I do like the Lorna ass in this, so…
