Marvel characters the need the live-action treatment.
Truer words never spoken as far as Polaris goes. Can’t fairly judge on the rest because I have yet to truly read them.
A few years back, I would’ve said that I hope Marvel found a way to get Magneto and Polaris over to the MCU. Now, I just want to see Fox add her and do more with the whole family. I have more faith in Fox than Marvel now.

scarlet witch was never above her sister Polaris to begin with. I like the character but other than the avengers movie and the old xmen show she’s hardly in and of the movies or tv series. Unlike her twin and younger sister
My knowledge of Wanda in the 616 is extremely limited due to Marvel refusing to let Lorna and Wanda spend sister time together, but I think of what I’ve seen, she’s a very interesting character. We’re talking purely personal fandoms here, and in that sense I definitely prize Lorna more than Wanda, but I think it’s still important to keep in mind just how awesome and badass the sisters can be together. 🙂
To be honest, AoU cinema annoys me in some aspect, I still have not seen the cinema tho(because, you know, I live in Japan)
Only real way for a writer to clear up this mess is to undo the forced retcon on Wanda and Pietro’s parentage and return them to being Magneto’s kids alongside Polaris. That’s really the only option they have. Anything else is Marvel bending over backwards and making every mistake possible just to try to make people accept something that never should’ve happened in the first place.
soooo….. I was thinking in one of the many marvel universes rogue from xmen and magneto have a son Magnus. thus being magnetos 4th child. what do the other maximoff kids have to say about this? do they know?
Well, you said Maximoff kids, but I think you meant all three and not just Wanda and Pietro.
I know Lorna best, so I’ll start with her. I think Lorna would be overall excited about the new child, but still not entirely sure what she thinks about her old teammate Rogue (who’s probably younger than her, or at least the same age) being in a relationship with her father. Lorna would undoubtedly be the lovey dovey sister in the same way she was an affectionate aunt to Luna Maximoff.
After his development in All-New X-Factor, Pietro would likely be very demanding on his father to spend as much time with the new kid as possible and not repeat the mistake of missing out on himself, Wanda and Lorna growing up. It’s an opportunity for Magneto to not just have been the paternal genetics of three heroic types, but to actually nurture a child from birth into a good person and teach them everything about the world.
Wanda is a lot trickier for me. Marvel hasn’t permitted me to get to know Wanda to the same depth as Pietro because aside from All-New X-Factor #14 (which Marvel did its level best to prevent people from knowing was coming out), they have not been willing to acknowledge Lorna and Wanda as sisters and let them spend time together (though Marvel’s plenty happy with trying to shove “replacements” for Lorna down everyone’s throats, because respecting a badass like Lorna is just so hard). My absolute best guess is that maybe Wanda would be afraid to have anything to do with the new kid, both in case something happens to the kid and because she’d have to get closer to her father first.
