Actually, the Lorna and Wanda picture I commissioned from MikazukeShigure was originally intended to be presented as a mock cover for Avengers vs X-Men. The intent was to emphasize the kind of awesome story we COULD have seen in Lorna and Wanda coming to blows during the event, that Marvel wasn’t providing (and won’t for another decade or two, when new people that are actually willing to use what the Marvel Universe has to offer take over).
I just want to say tonight that the activity of the Polaris and Magnus family fandom is really uplifting and inspiring. Marvel gives us so little, but the fandom makes the most of it and all the potential the family has to offer.
Thanks for keeping the dream alive when no one else will, fandom. You give me more hope for the future than anything I’ve seen out of companies lately. You’re the reason I know everything’s gonna be alright when all’s said and done.

I really like the various ideas and interpretations I’m seeing in Lorna cosplay lately. This is probably the first time I’ve ever seen someone cosplay Lorna with a corset, at least that I’m aware is a corset. The green ribbon is cute. Curly hair is a very different look for her.
