Nice, cheeky, and freaking adorkable like Charles, but just as mean and sassy and feisty as Erik is. And Charles and Lorna are the only two people in the world Erik would melt into a puddle of ‘fine’ for. (Because Erik never says yes, unless it’s to mutant superiority, or sex with Charles. In both cases, it is a quick and resounding YES.)

JUST. GAH.

Personally, I blame velvetcadence​ and ikeracity​ and their perfection that is Fathers of the Year for that headcanon.

I just had something of a revelation. It’s something I already knew, but its full, true depth went completely ignored by me until just a few seconds ago.

If people feel it’s absolutely essential to twist everything you say to sound stupid or vile, and they spread malicious lies about you, it means you’re doing something right. It means they’re completely incapable of defending themselves with anything that has actual weight.
