Okay so I finally watched The Gifted Episode 3 and that opening scene where Lorna says that what she is and what she can do, she wouldn’t change it for anything and then she lifts herself in the air and whoa…I almost cried, I mean that shit was beautiful and I’m so so happy, that show depicts
exactly the amazing person that is Lorna Dane.
And then she casually mentions MAGNETOsphere! I think that Fox is taking
so much better care of Erik’s kids than Marvel…I wholeheartedly agree
with @salarta on this.
And the way Lorna crashed that door even with the inhibitor collar on…so fierce..
The whole show is so, I don’t know, down to earth and realistic but in such an extraordinary way. Does this make sense? Anyway, I love it! I’m also watching the Inhumans which is such a disappointment. I mean Marvel should stop forcing them to happen. No offense to the Inhumans fans (I’ve read a lot of Inhumans comics myself and some of them are really good).
I’m glad you finally watched it! This show’s had so many wonderful scenes for Lorna on a level of quality I’ve waited all 8 years of my Lorna fandom to see. I’ll be honest, there are certain things I wish had happened, but what really did happen has still been amazing.
Because you are afraid of our gifts. Because we are different. Humanity
has always feared that which is different. Well, I’m here to tell you,
to tell the world, you’re right to fear us! We are the future!
