I redrew Lorna’s outfit because her original one
is way too revealingdoesn’t look comfortable at all. I tried to go with a different look as well as keeping the principle and style of the original one (hence the stripe on the side of the torso as a nod to the original suit). Hope you like it!My art, do not steal.
While I like her original and iconic outfits, I completely understand the views that it’s too revealing and looks uncomfortable. My favorite alternate take so far is this one by Kris Anka.

It has this real badass warrior battle armor vibe to it. It also does two very awesome and important things: it suggests her magnetic powers via the metallic look, and it gives her a much needed secondary color (by contrast, Emma Frost is known as the White Queen yet still has blonde hair and sometimes blue lipstick; Wanda is known as the Scarlet Witch yet has brown hair).
I’m disappointed Marvel has yet to use Lorna enough for this costume to come up, but Marvel’s failed at grasping Lorna’s value and potential for decades.

I love so much this family ❤

Danger takes Lorna Dane (AKA Polaris) and Wanda Maximoff (AKA Scarlet Witch) for a girls’ night out and family bonding time in All-New X-Factor v1 #14.
Wanda gets drunk off beer, gets a hangover, and drinks her hangover off
all in one day. It’s impressive! Not only was the day filled with villainy in which the ladies intervened; the day was filled with many firsts, including the first time Lorna heard of their brother Pietro Maximoff spying on X-Factor for the Avengers.
This was a great issue IMO, my favorite one out of ANXF. Obviously I’m biased, though.
I’m still annoyed at how Marvel went out of its way to undermine this issue. They withheld the cover until the Friday before the issue hit store shelves, made it the rare second issue in a double-shipping month (those sell less because the average person only expects one issue per month), and they tried to make Enchantress look more like Polaris on Axis covers to try to confuse people.
In spite of everything Marvel did to undermine sales of the issue, it still outsold the first issue of that month (ANXF #13) and was the first sales bump in a while, proving how much people want to see Lorna and Wanda interacting as sisters.

I’ve always felt these versions where she has straps across her chest and no leotard under are pretty racy, in a way I like but wouldn’t really work for either comics or cosplay.
