Just wanna say real fast that this is a real good image, and great art. It makes me think “green devil,” which is fitting for the daughter of Magneto whose introductory storyline (mutant discovery and reveal of Magneto as her father) had this as a promotional image.
I was right about it involving the X-Men. I’m MAYBE wrong about it involving Magneto. He’s not in these images, and obviously he’s not the focus, but there’s still the chance that the “Magneto is a monster” attitude will be applied here at some point.
I will admit, though, that this idea is more interesting than what I was expecting. I was expecting it to be “every character that can be called a monster, e.g. Hulk, goes on a rampage at the same time.”
I’m not going to be reading it because I know for a fact Polaris won’t be in it, and Marvel still hasn’t undone the forced retcon on Wanda and Pietro. But I can still admit it’s a good idea.
