I’ve never seen it put this way before. It’s true, boys deserve their innocence
Everyone deserves to live without being sexually assaulted by authority figures (or anyone)
Drinking and Destruction by remyxpietro

We both loved the All-New X-Factor issue where Lorna and Wanda spend some free time together, and so remyxpietro created a wonderful continuation for it. Sisterly bonding! Action and adventure! Also shoes! And beer!
All hail remyxpietro for being the coolest partner ever ♥ I loved drawing a more light-hearted Wanda.
This is never not worth reblogging.
This kind of awesomeness is what Marvel keeps stupidly pissing away when they pull stunts like retconning Wanda and Pietro out of being Magneto’s kids.
Polaris By MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, Jose M. Colon (J.M.C)
Here is Polaris drawn by me with charcoal and pastel (never again lol). I wanted to let you guys know that I’m not an images grabber…I’m also an artist as well. I never posted any of my artwork because this blog was made for other artists. Maybe one day I create another blog (if I’m allow) and post all my artwork. I have many styles and of course I do draw like Marvel way also. So here is My Polaris Enjoy 🙂
BTW, if you see any artwork that I posted and has no name and if you know the artist PLEASE let me know. I will gladly credit it. I know how it is not getting credit because I’m an artist myself.
I absolutely love the Dark Empress Kitana skin in Mortal Kombat X.
It was a pain to unlock, but it was so worth it.

WHY THIS WOMAN WOULD RATHER READ HARRY POTTER EROTICA THAN WATCH PORN
When spoken word artist Brenna Twohy tells you that she is an unabashed devotee of all things “Potterotica” — erotic fiction based in the magical universe of Harry Potter — your response probably shouldn’t be that her taste is “unrealistic.”
Watch her full monologue here.

I’m happy to be getting to the point where I don’t have to feel weird about enjoying fanfiction, or having written a bunch of it. Partly it’s that the fandom experience has become more broadly shared. Partly it’s that I stopped giving a shit.
And as for why I like the porny sort of fanfiction, see above. She says it better.
I like sex with context. I like sex when it involves fully fleshed out characters. I like the backstories. I like feeling like these people do other things when they aren’t having sex.
Also, I’d just like to point out that it is incredibly empowering that thousands upon thousands of women, girls and non-binary folks have rejected an abusive porn industry designed by men and catering to men and benefiting men and instead created a safe space to explore their sexuality on their own terms. Sex with context, sex with characters they know, sex that is approachable and enjoyable to them, and completely without the help of a very small group of men telling them what to like, how to like it and how to feel about their own sexuality.
That is healthy. That is positive. That is glorious. Defend erotic fanfiction and defend the people who read it.
There might be historical details that I’m missing, but I’m just going to give what I know. Don’t just glance at only one part of this, because it’s more complex than one statement.
My experience with the written porn side of things is that it was mostly men writing, reading and sharing pornographic fics for a couple decades. That does not mean there were no women writing, only that it was very male-dominated.
I’m talking back before the internet was as fast and accessible as it is today, when downloading a song could take an hour and loading a photo gallery could take several minutes. Most of what I’ve seen from this time period came from men, and there’s a simple reason for it: it was an extension of porn at a time when text was the quickest, easiest way to create what you want.
People posted fanart and amateur porn online, sure, but there were a lot more barriers to sharing it. The idea of actually commissioning someone for fanart or fanfiction? It was a far cry away. In fact, when I started writing porn, there was only “request it” or “make it yourself,” and I started writing because no luck with the former meant I had to do the latter.
BUT, outside of erotic fanfics, women were (and I think always have been) the dominant ones in regular fanfiction. Erotic fanfics in the past were mostly about being porn. It was rarely about having an actual story. Women are more interested in exploring characters, relationships, settings, the things that really matter to a fictional universe. For women, fanfiction wasn’t an attempt to fill a porn need that couldn’t be filled well in the early internet, it was about satisfying narrative desires.
Fast-forward to today. Every year, I see more and more women getting into erotic fanfiction, while the guys are kinda slipping out of it.
I think this is why. Now that a guy can simply commission drawn porn or look at some drawn by hentai artists, there’s less demand and desire for written porn from men. Needs that were filled in long stories can now be filled in a single picture. There isn’t even a need to do it yourself, because you can pay someone to do it for you. You can go to sites like Hentai-Foundry and browse up to a hundred made and uploaded in a single day.
On the flipside, women are starting to want to explore adult themes and some of their own kinks and fetishes. A single picture isn’t enough for them, because it’s not about the visual, it’s about the details. I think most guys, if they want a mind control story, they want it to be pretty basic: woman is controlled to give oral, that’s it. Most women, though, I think want to go into things like how it feels to be mind-controlled, or to watch someone in that state, and what it actually means to the characters involved beyond a sudden sex act.
And then of course, there’s yaoi. I think a lot of interest in erotic fic is a result of interest in yaoi.
These days, I see a lot more female writers, as well as more yaoi, femdom and actual character-building, on sites that used to be purely yuri or straight porn often with gangbang involved. I think online erotic fanfiction is a previously male-dominated space that has become female-dominated in the past decade. And I mean that in a good way.
